Our refund and return policy is valid within 7 days of enrolment. If 7 days have passed since your purchase of an online class, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a refund of tuition fees, you must inform us immediately after the first class (and within 7 days of enrolment). In such cases, 75% of the fees paid will be refunded.
Refund ProcessOnce your refund request is received and reviewed, you will receive an email notification confirming that we have received your request.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3–7 working days.
Late or Missing RefundsIf you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again to confirm.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — some processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.
